Delete your data

FrameHang

FrameHang keeps everything on your device, so you can delete all of it yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Email a deletion request

Short answer

FrameHang has no account and stores nothing on our servers, because there are no servers. Deleting the app deletes everything it held.

Delete your data inside the app

FrameHang can erase everything it holds without you uninstalling it:

  • Delete a saved layout in the app and it is removed from the device immediately, along with any artwork imported into it.
  • Deleting the app removes every saved layout, imported image and capture it stored.
  • Your original photographs stay in your photo library — importing copies them into the layout and does not move or alter the originals. Captures you saved to Photos stay there too.
  • If your device backs up to iCloud, that backup may include the app's saved layouts until the backup is replaced. That copy is between you and Apple; we have no access to it.
  • We hold no copy of anything at any point, so there is nothing for us to delete and nothing for us to recover.

Delete everything

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device:

  • iPhone or iPad — touch and hold the app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App.
  • Android — touch and hold the app icon and drag it to Uninstall, or use Settings, then Apps, then Uninstall.
  • Your own device backups may still contain a copy until those backups are replaced or deleted. Those backups belong to you, and we have no access to them.

What we hold

We hold no account for you and no copy of your FrameHang data. The only personal information we would ever hold is an email you chose to send us for support.

Delete a support email

If you have written to support and want that correspondence deleted, email support@clicksparksoftware.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete the thread and confirm, normally within 30 days.
