Privacy

This policy covers ClickSpark and its applications. Individual apps also publish their own policy, linked from their App Store and Google Play listings.
The short version
ClickSpark does not run servers that store your personal data. Our apps are designed to work on your device, and the information you put into them stays there unless you explicitly export or share it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Information we handle
Each app ships with its own privacy policy covering exactly what that app stores. In general:
- Content you create in an app is stored on your device and included in your own device backups.
- Photos are read only with your permission and stay alongside the record you attached them to.
- If you email us for support, we receive your message and email address, and keep it only as long as needed to answer you.
Information we do not collect
Our apps do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, address or phone number. Unless an app's own policy says otherwise, they contain no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
App Store purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. They process payment and provide us with anonymous, aggregated sales and crash statistics. We never see your payment details. Their privacy policies govern that part of the transaction.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
Because your data lives on your device, you control it: delete a record, or delete the app, and it is gone. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, write to support@clicksparksoftware.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where a change is significant, note it in the app's release notes.
