Agreement

These terms cover your use of AssetProof (the "app"), published by ClickSpark Software. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please delete the app.

Where your app store's own standard end user licence agreement applies to a download, these terms are read alongside it.

Your licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AssetProof on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you obtained it from. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly permits it.

Price and payment

The app is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from — Apple or Google — under their own policies, not by us. If a refund has gone wrong, write to us anyway and we will help where we can.

Your content

Anything you create in AssetProof stays yours. It is stored on your device; we neither receive it nor claim any right to it. Keeping backups of your device is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully, and only with content you have the right to use. Do not use it to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet a particular requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ClickSpark Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only so far as the law permits.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, change its features, or stop distributing it. Where a change materially affects these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
