Delete your data

Ring Breathe

Ring Breathe keeps everything on your device, so you can delete all of it yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Email a deletion request

Short answer

Ring Breathe has no account and stores nothing on our servers, because there are no servers. Deleting the app deletes everything it held.

Delete your data inside the app

Ring Breathe can erase everything it holds without you uninstalling it:

  • Clear your session history in Settings → Clear History.
  • Remove a favourite, custom exercise or preset in the app and it is removed on the device and from your iCloud copy, so your other devices drop it too.
  • Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. It does not by itself clear the iCloud copy, so if you use iCloud, clear your history and remove your exercises and presets in the app first.
  • Heart-rate readings and mindfulness minutes live in Apple Health, not in Ring Breathe. Manage or delete them in the Health app.
  • We hold no copy of anything, so there is nothing for us to delete and nothing for us to recover.

Delete everything

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device:

  • iPhone or iPad — touch and hold the app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App.
  • Android — touch and hold the app icon and drag it to Uninstall, or use Settings, then Apps, then Uninstall.
  • Your own device backups may still contain a copy until those backups are replaced or deleted. Those backups belong to you, and we have no access to them.

What we hold

We hold no account for you and no copy of your Ring Breathe data. The only personal information we would ever hold is an email you chose to send us for support.

Delete a support email

If you have written to support and want that correspondence deleted, email support@clicksparksoftware.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete the thread and confirm, normally within 30 days.
