Delete your data

Recipe Dial

Recipe Dial keeps everything on your device, so you can delete all of it yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Email a deletion request

Short answer

Recipe Dial has no account and stores nothing on our servers, because there are no servers. Deleting the app deletes everything it held.

Delete individual records

Inside Recipe Dial, delete any single item the way you delete anything else on your device — swipe it away, or use the delete action on the item. It is removed immediately and permanently.

Delete everything

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device:

  • iPhone or iPad — touch and hold the app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App.
  • Android — touch and hold the app icon and drag it to Uninstall, or use Settings, then Apps, then Uninstall.
  • Your own device backups may still contain a copy until those backups are replaced or deleted. Those backups belong to you, and we have no access to them.

What we hold

We hold no account for you and no copy of your Recipe Dial data. The only personal information we would ever hold is an email you chose to send us for support.

Delete a support email

If you have written to support and want that correspondence deleted, email support@clicksparksoftware.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete the thread and confirm, normally within 30 days.
