About the app
Pitch HoldSlow down music without changing the pitch
Slow it down. Keep the key.
Pitch Hold is a music practice app built for the part of practice nobody posts about — the same four bars, forty times, slow enough to actually hear what the fingers are doing.
Load a track, pull the tempo back, and the pitch stays exactly where the recording left it. Set loop points on the waveform, nudge the key when the sheet music disagrees with the record, and cut the bass out of the way so the line you are learning sits on top.

What it does
Pitch-locked slowdown
Time-stretching that holds the original key, so a track at half speed still sounds like the record.
Precise looping
Set in and out points on the waveform and repeat a phrase until it is yours.
Transpose by ear
Shift pitch in semitones or cents to match your instrument or your voice.
Configurable jumps
Skip back a bar, two seconds, or whatever amount suits the passage.
Five-band EQ
Lift or cut frequencies to bring the part you are transcribing forward.
Waveform navigation
Scrub, zoom and tap to a moment instead of guessing with a progress bar.
